Section 6 Responsibilities

6.20  The holder of a student pilot permit may for the sole purpose of the holder's own flight training act as PIC of an aircraft

  1. only when accompanied by a flight instructor.
  2. by day and night.
  3. by day only.
  4. while carrying passengers.
